Stuck on a video Appt for the last 24HRS
Hello Amazon Sellers,
I am currently stuck on a video Appt for the last 24HRS hours with the message "Thank You for joining an Amazon associate will meet you soon....." and nothing this is my 3rd time trying and I cannot get anyone on the other side what can I do.
Here are the facts:
1.I have called Amazon many times they have done nothing but ask me to email distributions when I do so I get sent an automated email back that sends me down the same road... join and wait join and wait
2. I have opened many cases with Amazon that keep getting closed even though I am left helpless the case numbers are (16955299461 / 16955335541 / 6950805391 / 16950030231) this is just 4 of maybe 10
3. I have attached screenshots with time stamp to each of these cases
Please help me they are running me dry

Due the confusion with the verification process, I completed another review of your account with our team. The deactivation is based on being related to "Coastal Liquidators" and the relations ares still found. Have you continued to appeal for your account reactivation? Are you attempting to separate your account from "Coastal Liquidators" ?
I see you received a virtual identity verification link on February 21st, 2025. Is this the the link you say did not work? Can you provide a screen shot of what you are experiencing, including the time stamp. The best way to provide this information is to create a case with the screen shots and then let me know the case ID.
I found a performance notification from February 3, 2025 titled : Your Amazon.com Funds Inquiry and the link seems to still be active.

Yes I am waiting for the interview for funds distribution. I have uploaded many document to prove I am not related to this "Coastal Liquidators" store. They always get denied with no explanation.

Yes the link I got on February 21st, 2025 is not working and I have been trying for so long. When I attend the call all I get is a black screen. And I need a new link please send because that was does not work.
Also
Why is it balance now says I have only .01 where did ALL MY FUNDS go that were not hold??
There was over 30k there

I can see how frustrating this is for you and I want to help with this.
I would like to direct you to the performance notification from February 3, 2025 titled: Your Amazon.com Funds Inquiry. Please look at paragraph 4 that states: "1. Access the virtual verification form using the following link". After that line there is a link that still works. Copy and paste that into a new window. This will allow you to schedule a virtual identity verification appointment. Select yes. You will see this information:
"In order to successfully complete your identity verification, it is mandatory to appear for virtual identity verification with the original physical and digital copies of your identity proof documents"
Have these documents ready. It may require you to select 3 times, write these down and note the time zone also.
Please confirm you have successfully followed these steps. If you experience any problems with this, take a screen shot with the time stamp and reply in this thread.
