Merging US and German accounts
I have a serious problem I hope someone with Amazon can help me with.

I wanted to start selling in Germany. I clicked on "Register in Europe" from inside my US Amazon Account. I clicked "Sign up in Germany" and got the error shown in the screenshot at the end.
I opened a support case and they told me I would have to get help from Amazon Germany. But I didn't have an account there -- so what was I supposed to do?
I have inventory ready to ship to Germany, so I did what the error message told me to do and registered with Amazon Germany with a different email. Now, since the emails don't match, I am having problems registering my brand in Germany.
Can anyone please tell me what to do to merge these accounts?

If you are successfull, don't forget to require a German VAT number before creating listings. The system will ask you that and if you can't provide a German VAT number the whole Amazon account will be suspended till you get that number.

I have successfully set up an account in Germany, but I have tried to merge the accounts and get an error message from both sides.
Please help.
