This isn't Amazon. You don't always have the eligibility. There are many factors involved, many of which are secret and only Amazon knows and will not tell you.

According to CASE ID 15871519631,Selling Partner Support mentions about 2 weeks ago that the ASINs you shared on the case were qualified to be featured offer eligible. I would recommend checking out how to improve your chances of being the featured offer and why a listing may become ineligible on these help pages here:
If you have any additional information or a newer case ID than the one that is over a month old, please let us know and we can investigate for you but I would suggest reviewing the help pages so you understand how ASINs may lose their eligibility and how you can improve your eligibility.
