Customer left a negative review because they claimed to get the wrong items, but we delivered the correct items.
Customer left a negative review because they claimed to order 2 pendants with 2 different initials G and R. but received 2 R. When we check the order details, the customer ordered 2 R and opt out from the message system. We are unable to contact the customer. We opened a case to remove the review, because it is not true but we couldn't. Is there anything else Amazon can do to remove incorrect review ?
