What there is an amazon policy published on the site if it is not applied to anybody. A customer requested return 2 months after delivery and we have denied as it should. She left negative feedback saying she could not return ii. . Why the hell on earth this is our fault or should we responsible Why there is amazon return policy if can not be applied to anybody?
