Printful Integration- Cannot Create new ASINS
Hello,
I have Printful and Amazon integration up and running and have been selling this way for over a year. I tried listing new products and keep getting hit with a 5461 error. I am already GTIN exempt and brand name is exactly the same on Printful and Amazon. I was last able to list a product on 5/15 so I'm not sure what the issue is. I have made multiple cases and they keep saying that I need to do a seller qualification app, but the brand belongs to me and I am the one listing the products.

I have the same issue. I have been going around in circles with Amazon over this. I have the same store as I did when I first signed up and applied for my GTIN.
The only thing I can think is that someone has signed up with Amazon Brand Registry with the same store name.
