How to join the PHC without the help of account manager?

Hello Amazon,

My account is blocked because of the limited product--nebulizer. However we have got approved to sell on Amazon. They said one of my asin is limited product on Amazon. My seller account is blocked.

When I want to join the Professinal Health Care Program, my account manager refused to help us. What should we do?

Can someone hlep us to join this program?

Are you sure your total selling account is blocked? or...Is just the selling of your product blocked?

Is your product a major brand name found is any hospital in the USA? or.... Is it an off brand no one has heard of?

I have heard back from the team and they have advised that you will need to reactivate your account first by referring to the performance notifications sent to you and completing the actions required.

Once the account is activated, you can begin the process of enrolling in the Professional Healthcare program.
