Negative customer review comingled in with product videos?

A customer uploaded a negative, unhelpful video to the "Videos for this product" section. I don't understand why this video is not placed in the reviews section. Having this negative video in its current section could lead the customer to think the seller uploaded the video themselves. I respect customer reviews, as they are entitled to their opinion, but customers video's should remain in the reviews section.

Apologize for the delay in following up with you as I was out of the office. I saw the team pass along my request to have the video reviewed and it made it to a few different point of contacts. I have followed up about two days ago with the last person on the email chain to see if they had any updates about it. Will keep you posted if I hear anything back, otherwise I will follow up with them again.
