Variation listing family issue: Half of the variations are showing as standalone listings and not sharing reviews

Hello, fellow sellers and Amazon community managers,

I am writing this post to share my frustration and seek your help with a problem I have been facing with my variation listing family for a pet product. This problem has been going on for months, and I have not received any solution or support from Amazon despite opening more than 50 cases. I am very frustrated and desperate, and I hope someone can help me resolve this matter as soon as possible.

The problem is that I have a product with 50 variations, including colors and sizes. I have created a variation listing family for this product in my Seller Central, and all the variations are under the same parentage. However, on the Amazon detail page, half of my variations are showing as standalone listings, and they are not linked to the parent product. This is affecting my sales and visibility, as customers cannot see all the options and features of my product.

Additionally, out of the 50 ASINs, only a few of them are sharing reviews and ratings, despite being in the same parentage. The reviews and ratings should have merged for all the variations, as this would improve my product’s reputation and ranking. I have tried changing the listing attributes, such as the product type, but the system is not accepting and updating them.

I have contacted Amazon customer service many times, and I have spoken to different representatives and teams, such as the leadership team, the captive team, and the internal teams. They all gave me different suggestions and assumptions, but none of them worked. Some of them told me to delete and relist all my listings twice, which was a huge hassle, but I did it anyway. Some of them told me that it was an internal issue or a retail contribution issue, but they never got back to me with any update or confirmation. Some of them just closed my cases without any resolution or explanation.

I have spent countless hours on the phone and Seller Central, trying to fix this problem, but nothing has changed. I have submitted flat files, screenshots, and case IDs, but I have not received any feedback or progress report. I feel like I have been ignored and neglected by Amazon, and I am very disappointed with their lack of support and communication.

Please, if anyone has faced a similar problem or knows how to fix it, I would appreciate your help and advice. I also request the Amazon community managers to escalate this issue to the higher team and provide me with a solution that will fix this problem permanently.
