Account under review since December
I started selling on here on October last year and everything was going smoothly with payments until I got an email on Christmas Day saying my account is under review for “Your current sales volumes are not supported by buyer feedback or an established sales history.” I tried contacting Amazon and they said I need to provide documents but never specified which documents they needed on my end. My items are still active and still have ongoing sales but my payments have been on hold. I have zero violations and in healthy standing. Is there anything else I can do or will I just have to wait?

Have you checked your performance notifications?
Seller_y46enHgwGpuHz
The latest performance notification from them stated "We received your appeal regarding the reserve that was placed on your account but do not have enough information to remove the hold at this time. We will continue the hold on your funds until we make the final decision on your account. This amount may change depending on your account status." I kept asking what other information they need from me but never got a straight answer. Latest email to them was asking if there was a way to speak to an actual person to address this matter. Waiting on their response.

No, there is no actual person. What did the first notice say?

"Hello StockpileDeals,
Why did I receive this message?
Your Amazon seller account has been placed under temporary review. While your account is under review, funds will remain in your account but you will not be able to receive any disbursements during the review period in accordance with section 2 of the Amazon Services Business Solutions Agreement:
https://sellercentral.amazon.com/gp/help/external/G1791
During the review period, your seller account will remain active and you will continue to receive orders. If you have outstanding un-shipped or open orders during this time, please continue fulfilling these. Once we complete the review, funds disbursement may be undertaken.
Why did this happen?
Your current sales volumes are not supported by buyer feedback or an established sales history. As a result, we are reviewing your Amazon seller account. Review the Amazon policy regarding "Selling Policies and Seller Code of Conduct":

So they initially didn't ask for anything?
Seller_4zBzdtgCyS9EI
If they allow you to submit anything, at the very least they will want to see proof that the orders were shipped by you, from your zip code and scanned in as delivered. In addition, they may ask for B2B invoices if you did not ship from your zip code.

Hello @Seller_y46enHgwGpuHz,
Thank you for reaching out. I hope all is well.
As you have mentioned, your account has been under review since December. The seller forums community and I are happy to assist.
Per our Selling account reviews for seller-fulfilled orders help page, the information below is from the “How to expedite an account review” section.
1.If you haven’t already provided this, update tracking information for recent seller-fulfilled orders and verify that the current uploaded tracking information is correct. Tracking information may be provided in Manage Orders section of your seller account. If you are an Amazon Easy Ship seller, confirm that you use this service for your seller-fulfilled orders as part of your submission.
2.Evidence of delivery for recently shipped seller-fulfilled orders. This may include buyer confirmation of receipt or proof of delivery documentation. If you have not already done so, you may request feedback from your buyers. When contacting a buyer, keep in mind that it is prohibited to pressure a buyer or offer incentives for feedback. For more information, go to Customer product reviews policies.
3.The address (URL or physical store address) of other stores (including other Amazon accounts) where you sell similar products and can demonstrate proof of delivery.
4.Evidence to support the identification of your business and history of positive buyer-seller transactions. This may include business website, email, or company bank information. Ensure that all applicable business information is up to date in your Seller Central account. Although this is not mandatory, this can expedite the verification of your business and the account review process.
5.If you are facing logistics issues which are causing delays to the fulfillment of your orders, provide reasons and supporting evidence associated with these for consideration during your review.
Have you submitted documents showing proof of fulfillment and tracking? What does your fulfillment process look like? In the email you have received, does it provide information on what information you have to submit?
The forums community and I are here to assist you. Please let us know if you have any additional questions or concerns from this point forward.
Best,

I received the exact same email on 12/28/23.
What is most frustrating is that Amazon can basically just refuse to pay you your owed disbursements while the account is under review. Yet they have the nerve to tell me to continue to sell like everything is just hunky dory; as though we all have an endless pit of money to pump into product without any return. I had to purchase the items, pay for packaging and shipping all to satisfy Amazon customers. Amazon gladly accepted the money from those customers. I had to pay Amazon their fee for each sale made, which they gladly accepted. I now have outstanding bills and my money is tied up until Amazon decides that they will release it. Imagine how much interest Amazon is raking in by basically kidnapping other people’s money.
