Amazon automatically choosing all Shipping Options for me
This morning while listing items for sale, when I came to choosing Shipping Options, it automatically selected all the shipping options available instead of the ones I usually choose. This hasn't happened before. I deselected or unselected the ones I didn't want. But after completing the listing I went back to double check and it had again checked the ones I don't want. I then looked at items I had listed a few days ago and all the shipping options were checked for those also, possibly for all of my listings now! Are other sellers having this problem? Is Amazon aware of it? Is there anything I can do about it?

Effective January 8, 2024, we are removing the carrier preferences on Seller Central for your Amazon Buy Shipping orders, due to low usage of this feature.
How does this impact you?
Today, if you’ve chosen preferred carriers for specific “ship from” locations, Amazon Buy Shipping only shows shipping services from those carriers to help you fulfill your orders. With the removal of this feature, you will now see all affordable shipping services available for those locations.
What do you need to do?
No changes are needed on your end.

I've noticed the same thing when updating any of my listings. These options are NOT checked in my Shipping Template.
I've opened many assistance request but they failed to see the problem.
However, from amazon site, if you go to one of your listing, the other shipping options do not show as an shipping options. Since I can't order from myself, I'm unable to see if the other shipping options are there at checkout.

I am having the same happening to all my old listings, No way the fix as after changing the options back Amazon again enabled all Options.
If this continues I will have to shut down.

I contacted our Seller Central tech team to take a look at that issue.
Can you confirm that you have not had any unexpected/unwanted orders placed with you?

I checked some listings and also did not see any available "Expedited International" or similar services.

Our partner teams are continuing to investigate this issue. At this time sellers are still experiencing 'extra' Seller Central / Shipping Options selections.
I have the same issue. I talked to support. It shows all shipping options ticked as well, but the actual listing only offers my original allowed shipping choices. That was a big relief. But regardless, I hope this clears itself up soon.
As @Seller_1ASGQcHi4DfsO wrote, this issue does not affect most sellers' available shipping options, and only Standard/Domestic is available. We are continuing to work with our partner teams to find a solution, and we will keep watch for any updates or changes to what sellers are experiencing.
Please let us know if you see any changes to your Seller Central options or experience issues arising from this error.

ALL of my book listings have ALL shipping options prechecked. I try to uncheck them, but they immediately revert to all options checked. I'm an individual seller who only sells standard domestic on this heck-site, so I will have to shut down now. I see that this problem has been affecting many sellers for weeks now with no solution in sight.

nope. I uncheck the extra shipping services, and they remain.

Are you updating your settings on a SKU-level, through your Account Shipping settings, or both?
Can you share an ASIN where you are seeing this issue? I can follow up with you in a direct case if you prefer.

I looked at 12 of my listings and all of the pre-checked errors are now corrected/unchecked. I will look at many more to see if all are corrected. Thanks very much KJ_Amazon

I just got an order with a sh option I dont use. And sure enough the listing had all sh options checked. Id be losing $25+ on sh on this international order,
Can amazon cancel the order ... for me with an explanation to the buyer that this is an Amazon mistake, to hopefully prevent any negative fdbk?
Or should I email the buyer with this thread?
