Bank account verification failing using Hyperwallet // risk of deactivation.

I am a seller from Japan, I have been using Hyperwallet to withdraw the funds to my local bank in Japan without problem untill the INFORM CONSUMER ACT verification started two weeks ago.

I quickly passed the Phone Number, Bank Account (In progress), Business Address, Tax ID Number

When I provide my Hyperwallet account information to Amazon for the Inform consumer act I always got denial and I am always In progress before been rejected. I just dont understand why since the generated document by HYPERWALLET is including all requested information's.

Help support is unable to do anything and useless by mail, chat or phone. I am tired to have to put a dot on the end of any puzzle to verify that i am human. My despair after 2 weeks of this nonsense back and forth is achieving new high.

I am baffled as to what exactly Amazon requires from me. I have provided the necessary and accurate documents, and yet, I am receiving this response. What more can I provide?

I am eager to resolve this matter, and I kindly request a thorough review of the materials I have submitted.

This situation poses a significant threat to our sales, and I implore you to investigate it carefully.
