No Buy box or Featured Offer Issue
Hi everyone,
I’ve been trying to sell on Amazon for about a month using a Professional Seller account, and I’m the only seller for all of my products. But still, none of my listings have the Buy Box or Featured Offer. Customers only see “See All Buying Options,” and I haven’t made a single sale yet.
I’ve priced competitively, my listings are complete, and I even run ads, but no impressions. Does this have to do with being a new seller? Do I need to make a sale first to become Buy Box eligible?
Also wondering—should I switch to an Individual account until I start seeing real results? Paying $39.99/month for no sale feels rough.
Would greatly appreciate any advice!

To give customers the best possible shopping experience, sellers must meet performance-based requirements to be eligible to compete for Featured Offer placement. This means that not all sellers may be eligible for the Featured Offer and there are no guarantees that you will receive the Featured Offer. I would recommend reviewing the Become the Featured Offer help page for tips on how to get the Featured Offer.
Pricing your items competitively, offering faster and free shipping, providing great customer service, and keeping stock available are all methods that you'd want to sustain in order to be Featured Offer Eligible. The other criteria is that Amazon selects compelling offers to feature from among a pool of eligible offers. You must also be on a Professional Selling Plan.
