Amazon FBA warehouse has incorrectly marked over 100 units 3 ASINS as expired when the expiration date is December 2026
I received a notice a couple days ago that 44 units of 1 ASIN were expired and needed to be removed. I opened a case requesting bin check since all units have expiration dates after 2026. I then received a response stating that all units were in fact not expired and hence are in sellable condition. However Inventory ledger states otherwise. Today, I received another email that another 59 units (2 other ASINS) are also expired. There is now a removal order pending to return these 103 units. I opened another case to address these new units. Any assistance by mods would be appreciated.

Read and understand following thread. It depends what "shelf life" you have in your listing. If you did put 720 days, your products have to be checked in with a minimum expiration date of two years and three months. So, if Amazon received it now and your shelf life is 720 days, your units are considered "expired" if the expiry date is December 2026. This is in fact nonsense but these are the rules. And you could have avoided this mistake by changing the shelf life in your listing.Take two hours, read and understand the thread.
