I hope this email finds all of you well. I am writing to bring to your attention a concerning issue with my FBA listings on Amazon. Recently, my FBA listing has been marked as inactive, and I am now being prompted to seek approval for these products. However, I already obtained approval from Amazon at the time of listing this product, and they have been active on the platform.But suddenly when my product reached the amazon warehouse the listing become deactivated and asked me to get approval again can anyone help me on this matter

Are you selling branded items? Just because Amazon approved you to sell it, doesn't mean the brand has authorized you to.

For a quick resolution, contact the brand owner and ask him a "Letter of Authorization" allowing you to sell his brand on Amazon.
This is a free pass.

I am also facing same issue from last 3 months and trying to get approval from brand. Now i will have to remove all my inventory from FBA warehouse otherwise it will be disposed off by amazon because after clearance of inventory by FBA team, we have 90 days to live it. if can't our stock returned otherwise disposed. I am strucked.

While Amazon may not have required approval to list a product in the past, it is possible that a product may require approval in the future such as this case. If you are being requested to provide information again Amazon may be requiring new documentation to show the source of your inventory. Some listing you have to get approval on year to you year. Just reapply they may ask for invoices etc submit them and you should be good to go.
