Finding tracking numbers for older orders
Hi all,
I would like some help. I can get the tracking numbers for orders from the reprint label section but for when customers ask about tracking for older items that seem to be over 30 days old the reprint label dissapears so how do i find out what the tracking number was for these orders?

I don't think you can. After this happened to me the first time I learnt my lesson and now print and down load the labels in bulk each day so I can reference them myself at any time.

On My Apple Mac, my labels when printed first go to the download folder. You might be able to find it in that or a similar folder in Microsoft.

Yea i have found them in the download folder and it back dates a few months too :-)
I will now be keeping them all in a seperate folder for reference and fed up of the scammers on amazon.
