item delivered, still buyer left me a negative feedback stating item never got delivered

Hello,

Can anyone please help me with this,

Buyer messages me saying 'item never got delivered' i checked it with DHL and it was delivered on the day its meant to be, replied the buyer giving him the DHL website link to check. After a week or so buyer leaves me a negative feedback, saying ''They said my package was lost, then when I tried to get a refund they said it had been delivered. So they not only robbed me they then lied about it. DO NOT make any purchases from this so called “seller”''

Feedback is completely false, as i never said to the buyer that item is lost. Tried appealing it through the feedback option but it got denied.

Any tips on how to get it removed ?

"... i never said to the buyer that item is lost"

That will be because of the email Amazon sends out saying that 'Your item may be lost , but you can claim a refund' . This issue was supposed to be looked into by the forum mods and the practice has been complained about for ages, but they still persist in sending out these emails - which is SO SO wrong. (check out the forum, as I have just raised this issue again) It is unlikely that you will get the feedback removed, but you can leave a response to it and say something along the lines of that 'the tracking clearly shows that the item WAS delivered by DHL on the correct day'
