when i created celler central my account deactivated after just creation due to identity verification then i provided required documents and the account was activated again again but the account health is still 200 it is not increased yet and there is not any voilation so how can i increased accoount health

As you mentioned the account had been reinstated, is great to hear. You did mention having concerns with increasing the account health rating.
When you start an account, you will have a baseline of 200 points. You earn 4 points for every 200 completed orders over 180-day period. Points are lost due to policy compliance violations that hit the account health page. These violations could reduce the rating anywhere between 2-8+ points depending on the issue or situation experienced. As this is based off order volume, you can also naturally lose points if the order volume over the 180-days is not maintained or if business slows down.
