Buy Box not eligible dispite being the only seller and brand owner
We have been told that 3 of our listings are not eligible for the buy box because of the price being "significantly high" (which isn't true). (For any mods: case 10144478142)
Our product is competitively priced, and lower than some similar products, we are FBA, and brand owner and the only seller of this specific EAN.
We believe this has been marked as "significantly high" by a bot by mistake.
How do we go about fixing this issue? We are, of course, going round in circles with the "help" desk at Amazon.

If there's an EAN on the listing - do you sell them anywhere else for a lower price?

For some reason now the ASIN has disappeared from Amazon. Amazon say it was deleted and we need to re-list it. However we have FBA stock at Amazon under that ASIN. No idea what is going on, please can a mod look into this?

I have now just noticed that the ASINs have changed for this product.
Under "Manage All Inventory" The ASINs do not match the FBA ASINs.
Therefore the ASIN under "Manage All Inventory" is showing out of stock, and asking to replenish inventory, when I click on that it says that the product can not be found.

You would have more luck getting answers from a brick wall than Amazon Seller Support regarding issues with Featured Offers/Buy Box.
Unfortunately, I do not know what to suggest here but I encourage you to review the agreement made between the Competition & Markets Authority and Amazon that was implemented in May earlier this year. As we are unable to provide links away from Amazon Forums, you can find more information from this post here. If for any reason the link is removed, look for the "News" section of the forum/seller central.
If you feel like Amazon's algorithm is acting discriminatory towards your business and your brand, you can raise a complaint with the Monitoring Trustee appointed to ensure Amazon's adherence to the agreed commitments. We have raised a handful of complaints already where Amazon has continued to champion their own offers on ASIN's despite being more expensive and with longer delivery estimates.
Best of luck with your issue.
