OTP Not Working - Can't Login to Amazon Seller Account - Please Help!

I currently own 2 separate brands on Amazon and have 2 separate accounts. For some reason, one of my accounts does not allow me to login. My phone number stopped getting the OTP codes so I am unable to login to my seller central account to manage my business. I have reached out to Amazon to have them disable my OTP so I can update my phone # and even sent in my State ID. They have not gotten back to me at all and I am currently unable to manage my business for over a week. In addition, they are requiring me to Verify my information for the INFORM Act. How am I supposed to do that if I can't login? I have spoken to someone on the phone who was no help and have followed the OTP recovery process. I need to speak to someone at Amazon who can actually help me get logged back into my Seller Account to actually run my business and provide customer service for my orders. How can they have such a cumbersome process to update your phone number for account recovery? Is there some Amazon employee on this discussion that can actually help me out? Please help!
