Feedback left for wrong seller and wrong product!!!
I only sell books FBM (no FBA) and a buyer left this negative feedback;
"WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU I TURN THE SHIRT INSIDE OUT CLEAN IN COLD WATER AND IT STILLS FADES CHEAPLY MADE ONLY LAST FOR A WEEK YOU CHARGE TOO MUCH FOR THIS CHEAPLY MADE"
Appearantly, customer bought a shirt and not happy about it but he left negative feedback on my store which only sells books.
I tried to get it removed automatically but it did not work. Talked to the customer service they said they can not. Opened a case still same answer
So what to do now?

Yes it's very annoying when this happens.
We had a DVD complaint & we don;t even sell DVD's
Yet support does nothing or can't do anything.
Probably all run automatically by A.I. Bots & keywords.
Their own responses say:

Since buyer feedback is a direct reflection of their Amazon shopping experience, we can only remove feedback for these reasons:
- - Contains obscene language
- - Contains seller-specific, personally identifiable information
- - Entire feedback comment is a product review
- - Entire feedback comment is about fulfillment or customer service for an order fulfilled by Amazon
Yet when it's 100% a product review they STILL DO NOTHING.

Did you reach out to the buyer and ask them to remove it? Unfortunateely, because it is not strictly a prodct review, Amazon will not remove it.
You would think this would be an easy one for Amazon to remove, but since the feedback also mentions the seller's 'service,' it doesn't fit into any of Amazon's little criteria boxes.
As upset as this buyer sounds, he is your best bet to get this removed. I would tred gently though, because he sounds quite unhappy.

Happen to us multiple times and sometimes even WRONG A-Z claim.
Amazon Support will always just give the Customer money back.
Amazon Support does not care about sellers.

MODS can reopen the case and escalate with explanation of the situation, and try to get it removed. I have in the past have had MODS assist me an successfully removed these types of feedback. It is not 100% guarantee but it is worth a shot
