Address Verification - Invalid Address

hello everyone!

I was trying to verificate my address, there was status bar for postcard but after status "Pending" statusbar disappeared. Now I only see error message "Invalid Address. Please confirm if you would like to request a new postcard. Currently you have 2 more attempt(s) to request a new card and retry verification" - but there is no button for confirmation.

I contacted Amazon support with this issue but received message "Please create a new account and provide the correct address, phone number then request for a new postcard."- WHAT?? I'm shocked and I don't know what to do. Please help @Michelle_Amazon or @Glenn_Amazon

That is terrible advice; definitely do not create a new account.

Google your address and make sure you are entering it in the correct format for US mail. It should show up on the map.

Your Account says "street Tyraspolska" which is incorrect for US mail.

I think it needs to be entered as Tyraspolska St, 60 (on the first address line). Put your flat number on the 2nd address line. You also don't need to add 'city' in front of Kyiv and make sure your Zip code is correct it doesn't appear to be; I think it is 02000, but I could be mistaken.

Update your Business Address, and you will have a postcard reissued to you. Make sure you include your First and last name along with your phone number. If you are outside the US, you need to include your country code + area/city code.

Does this look correct?

Steve from Amazon here, I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues with verifying your address. Did you receive the postcard and then got this message when you entered the code?

Upon further review of your account and see that there is a postcard in route and expected to be delivered on 6/16/23 and that you still have 3 attempts left to verify your address.

I recommend that you enter the verification code on the postcard once you receive it and then let me know here if you run into further issues.

All sellers from Ukraine have the same problem. I think Amazon support should offer us some kind of solution.
