NiMH and Lithium Batteries
I listed Solar products that contain NiMH and Lithium Batteries (1 Watts and 1.2 Volts (DC)), but the Amazon system will only allow me to complete the FBA shipment form until they complete their review. I thought these two batteries were not classified as “Dangerous Goods”? Can someone answer or point me in the right direction where I can get more information?

Lithium batteries are most definitely classed as Hazmat.
As such, they will need to go through the process and be reviewed.
You will also need to be on the dangerous goods program to ship these into Amazon centers.

Hi Neil, thanks for your candid answer. However, there are two-part questions, and you answered only one about Lithium batteries. What of NiMH batteries? Do I also need to be on the dangerous goods programme to sell products containing NiMH batteries? I have the UN38.3 document from the seller. If I submit them with my listing, do I need to be on the dangerous goods programme before I can sell them?
