One to ponder, customer orders a book and says 3 weeks later they have now found one cheaper, fair enough too much trouble to return so I would refund whole amount taking the loss and customer keeps the book and their money, just got to my pc and lo and behold an A_Z claim - item different not a proper copy (book and cards difficult to copy), this was original from the publisher, at least the customer is happy

Have now been told my account is at risk due to this customer because Amazon have said - Product Authenticity Customer Complaints, any advice from anyone as this is deeply distressing as I have never sold anything that is not authentic, It gave me sleepless night as it is unfair that I am accused of this by the customer I am reaching out for some help here, or are these items never read

Thank you for reaching out with your concerns. In instances in which you get these types of complaints your best defense is great documentation. If you can ensure that you have appropriate sourcing and invoices you should be able to appeal this complaint and ensure that your account remains active.
