FBA Returns! How is this acceptable?

How is this acceptable?

Below are images of a box of returns we received on Friday. The items were clearly used and then returned, and now I can not resell them, so we are out the cost of these items, all the fees Amazon takes when we ship to FBA, and now the fees to return them. However, the customer gets to use the product, then return it and get a full refund. Amazon! This

The first picture shows what they looked like when we shipped them to FBA, and the rest is the mess we got back!

We need some answers, please.

This is happening to every seller.

Especially if your doing FBA, as you have given over the control of your inventory, returns and customer service to Amazon.

You have to figure in a percentage of loss when doing your accounting.

Sadly, Amazon DOES consider this acceptable. It's not their money...

We evaluate the condition of each returned item. If we determine that the item is sellable, we return it to your inventory. If we determine that it is unsellable (defective or damaged, for example), we assess who caused the damage. Then we decide if you are eligible for a reimbursement.
