How can a customer return an item 2 months later and get a full refund?

A buyer purchased one of my products on October 15, and return it yesterday December 12th and still got a full refund. Order ID: # 111-6622914-2391457
Could you please help me understand this? I thought there was a 30-day return policy. What is going on?

30 day return policy is not RIGID.
Also there is a Holiday Return Policy which is months long SEE HERE
