Not Receiving OTP- ' Please wait one minute before requesting another OTP code.'
Just a post to let Amazon know that we met the same OTP issue which many other persons have mentioned since 3 months ago.
When we tried to log into our seller account, it required a OTP code but after I selected any one of the options to receive a code, it kept saying that '‘There was a problem. Please wait at least one minute before requesting an OTP’
Today I tried several times and received the code once by luck. Then I tried to add anauthenticator or disable two-step verification, it required me to enter the code and same error turned up again.
That means you never know if you can log in the account next time. This is quite stressful when you need to fulfill orders and reply customers's message in time. Can you help to fix the issue?

This was an issue in the past of our account until we asked Amazon to disable the two step verification.

Once logged back in, two step verification needs to be enabled again as part of the terms of service.
