charge backs are on the rise
Anyone that starts getting charge backs should post here so we can talk about the new approach the people that were using the INR/ A-Z claim are doing.
They are using charge backs as the new method of getting thier money back on orders that we fulfilled for them and for Walmart. I have proof and this needs to be elevated. I don't konw how Amazon and the banks settle it, but I got a charge back the other day and before i could even provide Amazon with the information they wanted, they told me I didn't need ot do anything and I was ok.
So someone else is footing the bill for now. Eventually though it will roll down hill to consumers.

Hello @Seller_kZvm6BR3doXxX
Thank you for posting to the Forums and for providing that feedback.
As outlined in our Amazon Services Business Solutions Agreement:
- You are responsible for chargebacks filed against your account for service-related reasons, such as non-receipt of the product.
- Amazon is responsible for any payment-related fraud chargebacks, such as stolen credit cards or other payment fraud attempts.
Please feel free to review the below help pages on chargebacks:

We received a charge back from an A - Z that Amazon denied over a month ago. We provided the information that was required and waiting for the outcome.

As soon as as I switched platforms I stopped getting charge backs, who woulda thunk?

I made a similar post about this but go 0 responses. I knew there was other sellers experiencing this frightening trend. Last year, we had 3 chargebacks all year. Since October, we have had 17! That is INSANE! We have successfully defended 12 of these claims, with 5 still open.
