USPS Priority Cubic vs Priority Padded Flat Rate Envelope

I've been reading the forum posts this week around certain shipping methods being missing etc and this might sounds like a stupid question but should a USPS Priority Padded Mail Flat Rate Envelope take the same time to arrive as a USPS Priority Mail Cubic package? The reason i ask is because USPS Priority Cubic shows as available on an order i am processing but the Flat Rate Envelope does not. We use Veeqo, Amazon Shipping and Shipstation to ship our products so i can easily buy a Flat Rate Envelope from Shipstation but i thought it was worth asking the question if there was something i was missing? Surely, Priority Mail is Priority Mail, right and they would both get there the same day? Veeqo specifically tells us the Flat Rate Envelope is not AtoZ protected but the Priority Mail Cubic is.

From the standpoint of the USPS, Priority Mail is Priority Mail. But i have also seen different delivery dates for different Priority Mail packaging.
