How do I get amazon to change the images on a listing?
Hi all,
I currently sell on a listing that has being up quite a while however the seller that created the listing is no longer on it. It is a multipack of a well known product however the current main image is just a badly taken photo of the 4 items together. I have recreated the image in photoshop with high quality images of the product in the same order however the listing changes don't seem to be getting accepted. Is there anyway I can see why/if they will ever accept? I have attempted to change them a number of times but it hasn't worked. The product still sells well but it has a lot more potential..

As its a multi sale advert would assume the original poster created an UPC for the item and marked the brand as his own. As such you will not be able to change anything because you are not the brand owner. Only the original maker of the item canchange them.

Good luck. We are the brand owner of the products we sell on Amazon and even we can't get some images/titles changed.
Amazon always state 'After a review, we've determined that the attribute you would like to update for this ASIN has already been claimed by another representative of the brand.'
They are unable to tell us who though!

We have had around 30 good selling listings taken down saying no main image, but we do have one. I have had tickets open now for over a week saying they are looking at it. Not just me but also amazon themselves are losing good revenue for these items as they are not available under prime so customers are probably shopping elsewhere.
Does not matter how many times i reply to the ticket, they just say its being evaluated. The days of having someone you can talk to about problems with the catalogue have long gone. Which is baffling as its ultimately leading people to shop on other channels if they can't find it for sale from us on amazon.

We are having the same issue, we are the brand owner, it is the only listing of the product, and amazon is saying we cant change the main image because we are not the brand owner ( they even said they have notified the brand owner and asked them if we can change the picture ( of our own product ) .. any ideas?
