Negative feedback cannot remove - no option tto choose
We got 1 star feedback from a customer. He didn't leave any comment according to the translation. "Tråkigt att man väljer att lämna ett neg. omdöme utan kommentar." However, there's no "Request Removal" from the drop-down menu in this case.
We opened the cases to ask Amazon to remove. We only got the responses to remove by ourselves because they could not delete. Anyone knows why we cannot remove this negativce feedback in Amazon Sweden? For negative feedbacks in other countries we can remove normally.

I would move on as the most inaccurately named seller services will not help, the whole selling process on Amazon is floored and weighted in favour of the buyer. Good luck.
