New GS1 Company Prefix not recognized by Amazon HELP

Okay so I have been a brand registered seller on Amazon for 3 years now. We have gone through 3 company prefixes on GS1, ran out of codes so bought 100 more, thus giving us our 4th company prefix. Tried added my new product and keep getting an error message saying the UPC codes aren't recognized-

Have had our case with Amazon for a week now and they keep saying they will send it to the internal team but no update. We have provided everything, the GS1 Certificate, our Trademark, our DBA, a letter. EVERYTHING. Have new summer inventory ready to go but obviously can't send them in until this is resolved.

Anybody else having this issue?? It's truly a nightmare and feel like we are throwing money away not being able to list our summer styles. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
