Try to update the attribute 'Body Type' to Plus, but it fails

We are trying to update the attribute 'Body Type' to Plus ,We have been contacting amazon customer service for many times in the last week but it just cannot be updated to the right information.

Valid Body Types suffixes for these ASINs are limited to: Plus

We even follow their direction to delete the product for over 24 hrs and upload the inventory file to do a full update, but the 'Body Type' this attribute still cannot be updated.

Does anyone has similar experience on this? or any one can help provide a clue on how to make it work?
