SFP Amazon Shipping next day delivery options removed
Hi Folks,
I have been using Amazon Shipping next day recommended Evri service for the last number of months for SFP orders with no problems......however the option disappeared of which Amazon gave no explanation for.....however the bigger issue for my SFP business is that NO NEXT DAY OPTION has been provided by Amazon for next day...which negatively impacts my metrics as I need to use an external next day provider.
Now my SFP account has been suspended for low next day delivery metrics for reasons I believe are not my fault.
Any way I can speak to an Amazon person on the phone as I keep getting the same vague response.

Hi,
The exact same thing happened to us, we are no longer on SFP because we got suspended for exactly the same issue.
When I spoke to Amazon they gave no reason as to why this happened, the only thing I can think of is that EVRI and Amazon Shipping breaks down this time of year and the EVRI next day shipment will not get the parcel there on time and meet the delivery promise.
Sorry I wish I had a solution
