Enlighten me about Chargebacks
Dear Mods, I need your help and more information about chargebacks. Recently, I received a chargeback from one of your special and beloved customers. This customer contacted us on June 10th, alleging the order was never received. As we used the Amazon Buy Shipping feature to ship the package and sent the box on the recommended date, we informed this customer to start a Guarantee Claim. We don't know why, but instead of creating a Guarantee Claim, the customer decided to start a chargeback, which is fine. As far as we know, when packages are shipped on time using Amazon's Buy Shipping feature, sellers are protected from misdeliveries, delays, or losses during transit. Therefore, based on this customer's allegations, this chargeback and the refund should have been covered by the Buy Shipping Policy feature offered by Amazon, which is intended to protect sellers.
Please tell me why this chargeback was granted and the money was taken from our account if we did everything right. We answered the chargeback on time, and we provided all the information. Still, Amazon didn't cover us and violated their policies. This is the second time this has happened for the same reason (Chargebacks started for packages delivered but not received).
Please, provide me with more information about this. Once you have answered this post, I will give you information on the order.

We have never lost a chargeback in the same situation. Our response is always based on these issues. Remember, this is between yourself and the credit card company. Amazon just passes on the information.
• Amazon's buyer agreement has return policies in place for buyers to receive a refund upon a postage free return.
• Amazon's Buyer received the product with tracking number, ABCD, and is in possession of the item.
• Amazon's Buyer made a return request thru Amazon but has not returned the product.
• Upon return, Amazon's Buyer will be refunded.
• Amazon's Buyer is using the credit card chargeback benefit to keep the product and seek a full refund in addition.
• Amazon's Buyer, by not following Amazon Return Policies, is using the credit card chargeback benefit to commit Fraud.
• Further investigation into the Amazon buyer’s credit card activities may show a pattern of deceptive practices.
