Customer left negative product review on seller feedback
I received seller feedback for an order which is entirely a product review and according to your guidelines, it should be a product review not seller feedback which is affecting my defect rate. The customer left the following review.
"Terrible product.. ordered a nice looking bed with Leds under. Got 150 pounds of lumbar from Home Depot painted orange… poorly finished wood with splinters cut my hand open really bad just grabbing the wood. These people are scammers selling under false advertising. Stay away!!."
Amazon states, "since buyers feedback are direct reflection of their Amazon shopping experience, we can only remove feedback for these reasons:"
- The feedback includes words commonly understood to be obscene or profane.
- The feedback includes seller or buyer-specific, personally identifiable information, including email addresses, full names, or telephone numbers.
- The entire feedback comment is a product review.
The review falls under the last point. This feedback is an entire product review from an unhappy customer. We openly state in our product bullet points that we use #2 solid natural pine wood. We also have already sent the buyer a prepaid return label.

I opened a case for this, but it got closed by automated replies, I would like this to be reviewed by a human or a supervisor. This issue has cause our ODR to go above 1% and we have now lost the buy box (featured offer). I will try my best to chime in as many mods as possible. Please help.

It's not all product review. It's a harsh feedback, but does not qualify for removal (of course, Amazon often refuses to remove feedback that does meet removal guidelines).
It seems that your listing is just for a bed frame?
Yet the picture shows a bed, pillows, bedspread, sheets.
You are fortunate you haven't had bad reactions from every order.
That main image is only supposed to show the product -- only show that which the buyer will receive.
That photo doesn't really show the item that you are selling at all -- just a glimpse of part of it.
