Shipments issues to Amazons warehouse in Germany

Hey,

We have several times sent our products from Norway to Amazons warehouse in Germany. However, it often ends in return to Norway.

This is due the package is delivered to the German customs or post office. Since Amazon are not able to pick it up, and we don't have any relatives in Germany, the German customs sends it back to Norway after some time.

Have any one else had the same issues? And how it's possible to solve it?
