Amazon Seller Support

The deterioration of the seller's attention is already evident, cases are already opened and they take a long time to respond, and even on occasions they do not respond and the case appears closed, we do not know if the support is robotic (Artificial Intelligence) because all the support is based on links to help pages, a specialist who has knowledge on the subject no longer helps you and sometimes as a seller we consider the case lost because it is exhausting to contact Amazon support for sellers

They are doing the same to mods on this forum.

They are outsourcing the work that they do.

I got a response on one of my forum posts from one of the outsourced mods who had no idea what they were saying. The screen name is JALAL. He stopped answering. I had visions of seller support now on the forums due to his horrid response. Maybe its PTSD.
