The store does not have any performance, nor any negative reviews. It is also a professional account and has made some orders. When I asked Amazon customer service, they said that we also met the conditions for having a BUY BOX, but now no one can find our products without a BUY BOX.

Customers CAN see your items even if you do not have the Buy Box - they need to click on 'See other sellers'. The Buy Box rotates between sellers, so if you meet the eligibility criteria you will get it at some point.
