Starbucks CSM Review Team keeps sending automated responses

Hello. I am going through a very frustrating issue... I have been gated for Starbucks products as well as Grocery and Gourmet due to Product Authenticity customer complaints. I quickly cooperated with the internal team and provided the invoices needed to resolve these issues. I submitted all the Starbucks invoices requested from me and was quickly re- approved to sell grocery and gourmet products. I used the same exact invoices to ungate Starbucks and was told that these documents were forged. I don't get how these invoices were approved for Grocery and Gourmet but not for Starbucks when they were Starbucks Invoice. I am pleading for help as I have thousands of Starbucks inventory stranded. Please help me resolve these issues...

One question, do you have authorization from Starbucks to sell their brand? Just because Amazon says ok, doesn't mean the brand does.
