A to Z claim withdrew from customer (customer is charged) but Amazon refuses to pay me????
This is the 3rd time Amazon has stolen my money. I have been filing case after case to no avail. My customer reported no delivery for his order I reshipped his order (same time he filed an AZ claim) when he received his replacement his wife told him she had got the first shipment they now had the order 2x, total misunderstanding on his part. he called me explained apolitically. I told him to keep both shipments just please with draw the AZ claim and he would only be charged for the one. He call back told me amazon withdrew it and took the $169.71 from his Credit card.
I have been asking case after case for reimburse to get paid. Amazon has given me the runaround since January. this is the 3rd one I got this year where AZ Claim was withdrew, Amazon is paid but they will not pay me. Am I wrong to use the word stolen?
