Amazon Seized My Money

Hello. I am a drop shipping seller before. Amazon closed my account 1 year ago due to Dropshipping Policy Violation.

Even after a long time, Amazon does not give me my balance.

I need this money but I attended the video call and sent all the documents they asked for.

Even though I sent all the documents Amazon requested from me, they confiscated my money!

They don't open my account either. Amazon did this exclusively for those living in Turkey. Thousands of Turkish accounts were unjustly closed. They haven't opened any of them so far. This happened because a few people defrauded Amazon.

Now they are not giving us our money because of the unfair profits made by other sellers!

Amazon should be more sensitive about this issue. We are not guilty of anything. We delivered all products to the customer. All products were original and delivered correctly to the customer.

They weren't unjustly closed. Drop shipping is in violation of policy (unless done following specific steps) and if you cannot provide verifiable documentation, then your inventory is considered counterfeit and under law, you cannot be paid for counterfeit merchandise.

No, they are withholding your funds because of the unfair profits made by YOU.

You were the one who violated policy by improper dropshipping; that's not the fault of other sellers. And since you cannot prove that your items are authentic, Amazon will not release the funds, in accordance with the Terms of Service you agreed to when you signed up, AND THE LAW.

Hello @Seller_mPDNxgEn1KPYh,

Thank you for reaching out on the Seller Forums. I also wanted to thank @Seller_OvL8C4BJWiuS9 and @Seller_nRFmxiQg4EGrw for engaging here in this thread and providing guidance.

"Hello. I am a drop shipping seller before. Amazon closed my account 1 year ago due to Dropshipping Policy Violation."

"Even after a long time, Amazon does not give me my balance."

From what you have shared, I see that your account was deactivated for a drop shipping violation about a year ago, and you appealed for your funds and have been denied.

Now, per the funds withholding policy, if your account is not reinstated following an appeal or you choose not to appeal the deactivation, after 90 days from when your account was deactivated, you may separately request funds disbursement by contacting disbursement-appeals@amazon.com. Once you have started the funds disbursement process, a separate investigation will be conducted to see if your account has participated in abusive, fraudulent, or other prohibited activity.

"I need this money but I attended the video call and sent all the documents they asked for."

During this process, you will be asked to submit information about you and your business and you may be asked to join a video verification call (which you have completed). If we find that you and your business has engaged in abusive, fraudulent, or other prohibited activity, we may withhold some or all of your funds. Can you share the follow-up notification you received after the video call, for us to review?

If you have any further questions or updates to provide, please feel free to respond in this thread. The Forums community and I are here to support you.

Wishing you the best,

LeviDylan
