Unable to register for Amazon Ads US - advertising support hasn't fixed the issue in a month!

Experiencing the most frustrating issue as new sellers, it has been the biggest roadblock for us and so demoralizing as a new business!

We just launched our product a month ago and have not been able to register for Amazon Ads US marketplace - and have therefore not been able to create any PPC campaigns - something that is an integral part of boosting sales and reviews, in especially the early months of selling a product.

The specific issue is (see screenshots below) that when we try to register and click the "create your campaign" button - it just spins endlessly. We have tried everything: Mozilla Firefox, incognito mode, clearing cache, entering from advertising.amazon.com rather than seller central - all the same - we are not able to register. We are somehow registered for the Canada and Mexico Ads marketplace though - which is frustrating because we don't even sell our product there.

We have been working with amazon seller and advertising support every single day for the last month and even after escalating several times and moving this to the engineering team - this issue has not been resolved! They keep telling us to wait and don't give us any specific updates or any kind of time range of when this will get resolved.

At this point, we feel hopeless because what's the point of selling the product if we can't use PPC like everyone else? It feels completely unfair. Our product will not get the same fair chance as others.

Amazon or anyone else who has experienced this issue: please help us! Let us know what our options are because at this point - it just feels like this is going absolutely nowhere.
