Customers take adventage of Amazon's A-Z Guarantee Claim Mechanism
We have recently lost an A-Z Claim due to item not being delivered. Below is the screenshot from Fedex showing that the item was indeed delivered.

The interesting part is that the customer reached out to us pretending to be Amazon few days before applying for A-Z guarantee claim. Here is the message sent from customer:

We reported the message as the Amazon communications do not come from seller-customer messaging portal. Let me know if otherwise is true.

Tatiana from Amazon here. I think I might need a bit more information about this order and the associated claim:
Is it possible the message came from the Customer Service by Amazon team? Sometimes these messages are received in either buyer-seller messaging or by email.
Additionally, have you appealed the A-to-Z claim and shared the information provided here?
