Feedback Removal

What is going on with the Feedback removal tool AND Seller Support NOT following posted Amazon policy!!

I have a negative feedback that is CLEARLY 100% product review yet it does not get removed and 5 attempts via SS they close the case and say it cannot be reopened because it is the "customer's experience" WTH??

I had two more within the week which put me over the defect mark and triggered a warning - these were also %100 product reviews (all subjective reflecting their displeasure because they don't think something smells the exact way THEY believe it should even though the 99.9 percent of other customers think it smells wonderful ... arrrgh). Fortunately ... the feedback removal tool worked correctly on these two so I got some help.

Here is the actual review that has been denied over and over, It is 1 sentence 100% product review. How in Hades is this not automatically struck out??

FYI - There is no such thing as "real amber" perfume. Amber is a combination of a woody note and a vanilla note ... jeez.

I am so fed up with this system!!

I'm fed up with it as well. Amazon doesn't follow their own guidelines for feedback. They ROBO close the appeal process. I have been really upset that the Amazon Associates ARE NOT doing the job they are getting PAID to do. It only helps if we all take this seriously and tell Amazon, ENOUGH IS ENOUGH.

This is the feedback. "Doesn’t clip around the stethoscope hose".

This has nothing to do with the customers experience with the seller at all. It is a straight up product review.

UPDATE: Feedback was removed. Here is my what I wrote to have it removed.

I’ve received a comment on 114-7335138-9058618 and feel it is more suited to the product reviews section as it is a statement solely about the product function itself and does not reflect the customer experience as it pertains to seller interaction or services rendered by the seller. I am asking for this to be removed from my seller feedback profile for this reason.

Here is the comment in question, "Doesn’t clip around the stethoscope hose".

I think the problem with the feedback that you received is in the last bit that they added "It's not real amber perfume.that they describe"

This leaves the seller responsible, as the feedback is partially based on the description on the listing which is a part of seller feedback. This may be why it is not being removed.
