Amazon requested future invoice. Now he does not accept the invoices he requested.

My seller account has been disabled due to suspicion of product originality. I objected and it was accepted and Amazon wants invoices from a new supplier that were issued after 19/02/2024. There are many invoices I received from my new supplier (Toyyzshop). All of these invoices represent purchases of at least 10 units. Additionally, the address and contact information of my supplier, Toyzzshop, are clearly visible on the invoices. I just don't understand why Amazon doesn't accept invoices. I called them and they keep telling me I just have to show a receipt. If the Amazon support team sees this, I request that my account be activated as soon as possible. You asked me for invoices and I provided you with multiple invoices. All of them are original and real.

Sadly Amazon do not accept invoices from retailers. Only use reputable wholesalers, otherwise you do not have a come back when products authenticity is challenged.

I have used this supplier and opened a category before. I even opened it a few times. Then why did Amazon knock it?

Thank you for your feedback. Do you think that if we show invoices showing at least 10 purchases directly from Lego's own website for Future invoice, the account will be opened and Amazon will accept the invoices?

They won't be accepted as they would be retail receipts, not wholesale invoices. You need to find a wholesaler

Did you ensure that your supplier is well authorized and authorized to deal with those products ?

Also, please be informed that Proforma invoices are not accepted. Only final invoices are accepted.

Please choose valid supplier and resubmit the valid invoices.

There are 3 ASIN numbers mentioned in the performance statement that caused my seller account to be disabled. these are B001CYZC38, B001FXOHCI and B00164MCSW.

The retail price of product ASIN B001CYZC38 on amazon.co.uk is GBP 45, the price of product ASIN B001FXOHCI is GBP 56 and the price of product ASIN B00164MCSW is GBP 190.

Amazon accepted my defense that I could not provide invoices for these products and requested a future invoice from me. If my account is reactivated, I was asked to provide future invoices for the products I want to sell. Based on the price average of the three products I purchased, I calculated a future invoice worth GBP 830, reflecting at least 10 stocks. This was the only budget I had other than the balance held in my Amazon seller account, and I used that for future invoices. I have attached the future invoice I cut. Amazon says it can't verify the invoice.

You also say there should be no price difference. Can you explain this clearly? Should I provide 3 separate future invoices for the 3 ASINs I mentioned above (B001CYZC38, B001FXOHCI and B00164MCSW) that caused my account to be disabled? After all, I should be able to get it cheaper than the price they are sold on amazon.co.uk so that I can make a profit.

Since my budget was limited, I could only cut one future invoice. I think the Amazon support center should understand this situation.

Invoice should reflect a minimum of 10 quantity units of the item, with a similar price range to the product for which the account was deactivated.
