Registered in the US seller central but trying to sell in France
Hello, I registered my account on the US Seller Central platform, but I’m facing an issue. When I try to select the region to sell in, I don’t see an option to choose Europe. Additionally, when I attempt to access the French Seller Central, I am automatically redirected to the US platform.
My primary goal is to sell in France, not in the US. I suspect this might also be the reason my payment method keeps getting rejected.
Could you please help me resolve this issue so that I can set up my account to sell in France?

When you go to the following link and click on the Europe tab, do you not have the opportunity to click the radio button beside "Create a European selling account?
Because you registered on the .com website.

Hi @Seller_ziTXCUaZ7gSyr
Connor from Amazon here, thanks for reaching out.
As @Seller_LImVvUWeyiCfQ stated already, you did register via the ".com" URL so this is why you are being asked to finish your registration for the US marketplace.
You can start over however you will need new e-mail address and new phone number.
You can use this link: https://sellercentral.amazon.fr/
Keep in mind, your new account many be flagged for review since you already signed up with your personal information via the .com platform. So you can either finish your US marketplace registration and then set it to vacation mode ; or you can start over.
I hope this helps,
Connor
