MFN Orders - order status
Hi,
I use FBA mainly, but recently started MFN on few products.
All delivered orders bought on Amazon have status “Delivered to buyer”.
I have one delivered order to Ireland, which I shipped using UPS. I added a tracking number. The order was delivered few days ago, but the status is still “Shipped”.
Is it OK, or should I update to “Delivered” manually?
Can “Shipped” status affect my account in any way if not updated?

Orders only update as delivered if Amazon have integrated tracking for the order. This only seems to happen when you buy shipping through Amazon and only for certain couriers.
As long as the order is delivered on the couriers site all is okay. It won’t impact your account in any way. You can’t update the status to delivered anyway.

none of mine say delivered, they all say shipped (they weren’t bought on Amazon though)
