Can I ban a buyer from making purchses?

I have shipped orders (to different addresses) placed by the same buyer (drop=shipping?). Return authorizations have been granted for many on the grounds "inaccurate description of condition". While I could make a mistake it seems unlikely that my description for all those items was wrong. I would like not to accept any more orders from this buyer (the items are usually textbooks, and it's costing me a lot of money for these returns). Is it possible to have it so that buyer cannot place any more orders with me? If so, how do I do it?

The short answer is no. They are Amazon's customers, not yours.

The only option you have if you don't want to fulfill the order, short of selling them elsewhere, is to cancel it, but you will take the metric hit for doing so.

If you have evidence and can show a pattern of abuse by the buyer, you can report them here: Report abuse Choose the option "An abuse issue that is not addressed by the other topics in this menu"

If you do decide to report them, don't expect to receive a reply or any information from Amazon. They will not share any details of their investigation with you.

Have you filed any Seller Support tickets for these individual cases and if so, please share them if you'd like me to take a second look at them. If this is a pattern, it does seem like you should have some recourse here. Are these FBA or FBM sales?

Thanks in advance,

- Danika
