Negative balance puped out without any reason
I have just received a disbursement from my sold order after all my expenses are covered, and some amount is been kept as account level reserve. Then suddenly I see a negative amount popped out in my dashboard which is due to be paid soon.

Hello @Seller_gGic1ZDhb8BJN
Thank you for your post here.
It is a normal part of selling on Amazon to see funds in the account level reserve on your Payments report. It is the amount of money that is reserved to ensure that you have enough funds to fulfill any financial obligations not covered by Delivery date-based reserve policies. If you have funds in reserves, it will appear in the Account level reserve section of the Statement View tab on your Payments report.
Here are common reasons for account level reserve:
- You have open A-to-z Guarantee claims (see responding to claims)
- One or more of your orders has received a chargeback (see chargebacks)
- Your seller performance has fallen below our benchmarks
- Your account is under review
- Local regulations require us to withhold income tax from you (varies by store)
I did check your account tied to this forums account and noticed that you do not have any amount in the Account Level Reserve anymore. (only some expenses)
Please let me know if you have further questions on your account.
Best,
Sandy
